Q. What format is best to supply our club logo in?
A. Electronically, a vector file is the most suitable, for example an EPS, AI, CDR or PDF and if you do not have any of these then a good quality jpeg, tif or psd should do.
Q. Are there setup costs for artwork?
A. Clubshop can do the artwork and setup for the products free of charge but it in all instances design will remain under copyright to ClubShop. Permission must be sought for it’s use.
Q. Is there discounts for bulk purchases?
A. Yes, most products become less expensive when 30 or more items of the exact same product are brought and shipped together at the same time, so if you want some stock for a special event let us know and we can provide further information and pricing.
Q. How long does it take for the orders to be completed?
A. This varies depending on the product. In general most clothing items will be ready for despatch within 7 - 10 working days. Other club merchandise is generally ready to despatch with 5 working days. There are delivery options to choose from online which are in addition to the above manufacture times. In the rare instance that your order will not be ready within these time frames we will contact you. Should your items be required by a specific date, for example a birthday let us know and we can confirm the expected despatch date.
Q. What sort of customisation can be done on each product?
A. When a product is marked for customisation it generally covers the possibility to add a name or short message and in some instances a player number. Samples are shown on each product description. The additional payment for customisation is not passed onto the club but simply covers the cost of setup and printing. This is a very useful option for club awards and also handy to help differentiate the owner of a certain item when more than one is present.
